2000 m3 LPG Bullet Tank

  • All Engineering calculations & construction drawings supplied
  • Engineering calculations, design, and construction drawings for four (4) units of 7.5mt x 46mt 2,000 m³ LPG Bullet Tanks.
  • The tanks were designed in accordance with the EN 13445 standard

2000 m3 LPG Bullet Tank

  • All site piping & pump room design is in scope of supply
  • Snow & sand load is considered at FEM analysis
  • All detail drawings and the third-party approval process were managed by our team, including warehouse pre-assembly process.

H2SO4 Dosing Skid

  • Design and construction of an H₂SO₄ dosing skid for the TUPRAS Refinery wastewater pool.
  • The entire process, from initial concept to 3D modeling, was fully executed by ERA Engineering.
  • Fabrication and assembly were carried out in-house, supported by specialized subcontractor piping and welding teams.

Top Loading Metering Skid

  • Design and construction of Top-loading and Bottom-loading metering skid platforms for the SOCAR Refinery loading bay project.
  • All 3D modeling activities and construction process management were carried out in accordance with the customer’s technical specifications.
  • Fabrication and installation were executed in-house, supported by specialized subcontractor piping and welding teams.

Unloading Metering Skid

  • Designed by ERA, this SKID integrates a self-priming pump, Coriolis metering, and a fully integrated control panel.
  • From operation philosophy and P&IDs to 3D modeling and construction drawings, every detail is engineered in-house.
  • Fabrication and installation are executed by ERA, supported by specialized partners for advanced PLC automation.

Fishing Boat St. Structure

  • In line with the supplied design data, a detailed 3D structural model was developed and all nesting drawings were prepared and issued for shipyard construction.
  • The design was carried out in compliance with applicable National Class rules.
  • Sheet metal and steel profile thickness calculations were performed, and their effects were fully considered in the vessel’s weight and center of gravity (CoG) calculations.
